Calories in Marshmallows
In modern confectionary, calories in marshmallows are determined from a type of spongey sweet made from sugar, beaten egg whites, gelatin, gum Arabic and flavourings. Traditional recipes use extract of a plant in the place of gelatin. Calories in marshmallows remain the same which you toast over a campfire on the end of a skewer, or add to hot chocolate.
