Calories in Potato
The calories in potato are probably no different since the time they were taken back to Spain from South America by European explorers, where it quickly spread throughout the world. It is now the fourth largest food crop after rice, wheat and maize. The calories in potato remain the same whether they are cooked to break down the starch, and methods include baking, roasting, boiling, steaming and frying.
Having knowledge of calorie counting, a swiss ball and the South Beach diet are all great tools to help you lose weight with healthy eating.
