Nutrition advice

When following this approach, the best diet advice is to take it slowly. For many individuals, snacking in the evening is a very strong habit and something that will definitely not be easy to break.

The best diet advice is to start the approach by first doing it on an alternate day fashion. Go one night without eating any carbohydrates in the evening and then the next night allow yourself some.

After you can handle that alright, progress to going to two nights in a row without. Over time you will then get more and more comfortable with your no carb nights and will find that you don't really miss them all that much anymore.

The second piece of diet advice is to invest some time into finding a wide variety of protein and fat dinner selections. By having more options available to you, you won't get bored as quickly and be tempted to just forgo the plan and have pasta for dinner. Remember as well that spaghetti squash works great as an alternative to pasta and can be used as a base to put your stir-fry or sauce over.

By doubling up on vegetable portions too you will further help to increase feelings of fullness without taking in all the carbohydrates. Watch the sauces you are putting on the vegetables however because some of them will contain a large amount of carbohydrates due to the sugar content. Teriyaki sauce, sweet and sour sauce and ketchup are examples of ones in which you'll want to avoid.
