Breakfast Omelette

1.5 ounces of deli-style turkey slices
2 egg whites
1 ounce reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/3 tsp olive oil
6 sliced olives or 2 crushed macadamia nuts (your choice)
1 cup natural applesauce

First heat the oil in a skillet and then add egg whites and begin cooking until they are slightly set. At this point toss in the meat, cheese and olives and continue to heat through until cooked completely. Serve with applesauce on the side.

Peanut Butter and Jam Frozen Yogurt

1 cup strawberries
1 cup plain yogurt
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp natural peanut butter

Mix all of the ingredients together in a big bowl and then place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
