Calories in Chips
A great British favourite, chips are often dismissed as 'junk food' low in nutritional value, but according to the British Potato Council a portion of chips contains twice the fibre and four times more Vitamin C than an apple. However they remain relatively high in calories, with approximately 260 per 100g.
A calorie counter, exercise and the South Beach diet can help you with your weight loss and healthy eating.
