Calories in Falafel
Vegetarians are great fans of calories in falafel, as are healthy eaters in general. Whilst calories in falafels are a good source of protein because chick peas are the staple ingredient, they have quite a high fat content, and therefore they are not necessarily the best option for those following a low fat weight loss program.
