Calories in Popcorn
An ideal treat for those cutting down on sugar and fat, unfortunately the calories in popcorn are not as low as you might imagine and so are not the best choice for those following a low carbohydrate diet. Although look at the bright side it does make cinema-going a lot more pleasurable.
