Slimming world diet
A "food optimizing" system, the Slimming World Diet has two different diet meal plans - Green Days and Original Days (or Red Days).
The diet meal plan for Green Days allows you to choose from a wide range of foods including pasta, rice, potatoes, fruit, veg, beans and pulses. These are mixed and matched with 'healthy extras' such as lean meat or fish.
On Red, or Original Days, you eat more proteins, with the emphasis on lean meat, fish and fruit and vegetables. Run through a network of clubs, the Slimming World diet also offers support through counselors and peers.
