Phase 2 : Food Lists
Phase 2 continues from where Phase 1 left off and lasts until you reach your weight-loss goal.
This phase allows you to reintroduce healthy carbs and allows some indulgences. The goal remains to eat three balanced meals a day, and to eat enough so that you don't feel hungry all the time.
Important Note For All Phases In South Beach Diet
1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. 2. Limit caffeine-containing beverages to 1 cup a day. 3. Take daily multivitamins and mineral supplements. 4. Carbonated drinks should be sugar free.
